Return and Refund Policy
At SVENX COUTURE LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions described below.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@svenxcouture.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank for further processing time.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
